I went to visit what was my car today after it was officially written off. I was told to go and get my personal belongings from the car asap before it was towed away for scrap. So I got the opportunity to see my car for the first time since the accident, in daylight this time.

I'm not going to say I was surprised...I wasn't. I've been feeling the pains in my chest hip and knees over the last week or so, so I kinda knew it was a big accident. That pressure on the ribs from the seatbelt has really hurt me to say the least. My doctor had adviced it might be 3 or 4 weeks before rthe bruising goes down, great :(

I'm now just awaiting confirmation of what the insurance firm are going to pay out.
