Thursday 5th October, 2006Lotus Domino 7.0.2 will not convert those dreaded Microsoft winmail.dat files on receipt.
Not a perfect conversion as you might see in Outlook, but any of the attachments will be extracted and the rich text from the email thrown into an .rtf file.
It doesn't do it out of the box though. Full details are in the release notes but to make this thing work for you, these notes.ini settings should do the job.
TNEFEnableConversion=1
TNEFAttachRTF=1
