Adobe - I never was an Acrobat!

Monday 10th July, 2006
Sick of having to install up to 60MB of bloatware just to read PDF files?

Had enough of waiting for Adobe update manager to download an update for...Adobe update manager?

Sick of all those Adobe reboots post upgrade?

Totally bored of seeing the Acrobat reader splash screen load all those DLL files before you can see the .pdf document.

Then what you need is Foxit Reader.

It does pretty much the same as Adobe's Acrobat Reader but is LESS THAN 1MB in size! It also requires no installation so is an absolute must for any portable USB drive.

This software is just what I need, I won't be using Acrobat again in a hurry.

Foxit Reader is now a staple of all my installs. I've been using it for 6 months now and I have zero problems. I also use { Link } PDF Creator for all of my creation needs.

Free, fast, small, and functional. THAT'S what software should be...if only the printer driver creators would listen!
