Carphone Warehouse Billing Bug - It’s Official

Received the following communication, confirming the problem,  from my store contact at Carphone Warehouse today. It's a forwarded internal memo:

Hi Andi,=20

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.=20

The bundle should include WAP calls however there is a bug on the =
system. There is a project to rectify this and I am chasing this up. In =
the mean time we can offer the customer a bill recalculation and a =
credit for any over charge.
