£4.27 remaining credit.

We hope that the resolution was to your satisfaction.

Well that's sorted that then...see ya...I won't be back!

Incidentally Vonage has now launched in the UK. I'm going to try and evaluate, but don't want to pay their setup charges. I've emailed to request an account without an adaptor, that is free with their packages.

It's a small world... just read your "Living next door to..." post - my flatmate who works for BA was apparently boarding the afternoon Madrid flight on the 20th...

Anyway, more to the point - I came accross a link to your site from somewhere regarding VOIP. I've been using "sipgate" for the last month or so which has been working fine, without any problems, up until last week when CLI stopped working on all outgoing calls. I E-mailed them about 3 or 4 days ago, but have had no response as of yet! Someone else I know is also experiencing the same problem.

Am also thinking of joining Vonage now they have launched in the UK... did you have any luck joining without paying the activation fee, without an adaptor? I'd also be interested in doing this!

I did get a response, thanks for reminding me.

    Dear Potential Customer,

Thank you for contacting Customer Care.

In response to your email, you would not be able to use your existing

    VoIP adapter with Vonage service.
