IM Worm Hits Reuters

With a classic sub-heading of "Breaking News", The Register reports that the Reuters news network had to shut down it's instant messaging services after the breakout of a worm.

The Kelvir-U worm spreads over MSN and Windows Messenger and "is the first incident where a virus has targeted a privately controlled user community".

Time for them to switch to a secure IM solution?
