Carphone Warehouse - Update

My Carphone Warehouse billing problems continue, they still can't bill me (and presumably any other customer) accurately for GPRS based on my contracted tariff.

The real sad news is that Jenny Roberts is leaving the Chief Execs office for pastures new. I've criticised Jenny to some extent in the past for being a little unresponsive and not getting back to me promptly but all in all she's been an asset to CPW. Always well mannered and never losing her temper even when I was at my most difficult and being totally obnoxious.

My account handling will be passed over to one of Jenny's colleagues which is a shame. I've kind of enjoyed my recent interaction with Jenny and it'll be like losing an old friend. Oh well, let's hope they fix the billing system soon...
