Lettuce - Update

Following my previous communication with Daily Bread sandwiches I received no response so I've emailed them again...

I'm dissappointed at the lack of response to my previous message included below. Is there any chance of a reply?

As a follow-up to my comments concerning the "All Day Breakfast" sandwich, I see this month's special is a "Chicken Sunday Roast" sandwich a good layer of lettuce? Is lettuce a regular addition to a Sunday Dinner table? Surely yorkshire pudding would have been more appropriate?
