Finally after over a year, NTL today fixed a problem with my cable installation that I first reported in June 2003. As I mentioned in a previous blog, I feel I only got the attention I needed when I announced that my calls were being recorded!
Now it's compensation time, which I was promised would be a year's free broadband...SHOW ME THE MONEY!
